Custom Orders Policy

  • Custom items are made to order using the details/photo you provide. Please double‑check spelling, sizes, and images before submitting.

  • If we need clarification, we’ll contact you; production starts once details are confirmed (and proof approved, when applicable). We will ask for proof approval for large orders (5 items or more) or single more expensive items ($50 or more)

Proofs / Design Approval

  • We will ask for digital proof approval for large orders (5 items or more) or single more expensive items ($50 or more). Production begins after approval.

  • After approval, changes may not be possible or may require an additional fee.

Processing / Turnaround Time

  • Custom orders typically take 5–7 business days to produce depending on quantity (shipping time is additional).

  • Rush service : Contact us if you need a rush order. Additional fees may apply..

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations/changes are allowed within 24 hours of purchase (or before proof approval / before production starts).

  • Once production starts, orders can’t be canceled or changed.

Returns & Refunds

  • Custom items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged/defective or there’s an error on our side.

  • If there’s an issue, contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund as appropriate.

Image/Content Requirements

  • Customer confirms they have the right to use uploaded images and that the content isn’t copyrighted/trademarked without permission.

  • Low-quality images may affect results; we’re not responsible for print/finish issues caused by poor image quality.

Shipping

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier delays can happen.

  • Make sure the shipping address is correct—reshipment may be charged if an address is wrong.
